1. Processing of Personal Data
1.1. The processing of personal data in the digital records of users is carried out in accordance with national legislation (Law no. 133/2011 regarding personal data protection and Government Decision no. 1123/2010 regarding security requirements) and relevant European conventions (Council of Europe Convention No. 108). The company commits to process data exclusively for the specified purposes and to comply with security measures.
1.2. Data is collected and used to efficiently manage interactions with users of the platform and to form a customer database.
1.3. The categories of data collected include, but are not limited to: first name, last name, middle name, gender, date of birth/foundation, IDNO/IDNP, citizenship, signature, identity document data, address, driver's license, medical information, bank details, profession, position, and data related to insured property.
1.4. Purposes of Data Processing include activities related to insurance intermediation and related services and consist of the following:
(i) Insurance offer/contract issuance purposes – processing of personal data by the company is done for obtaining the best insurance offers from partner insurance companies, in accordance with the legislation on data processing, insurance laws, and codes of conduct in the insurance industry.
(ii) Policy administration, claim assistance, and consultancy purposes – the company will process personal data in order to provide intermediation services for insurance, policy administration, and assist users in their dealings with insurance companies in case of insured events.
(iii) Commercial communications purposes – processing of personal data, including name, last name, contact address, phone number, and email, will be done to send commercial communications regarding offers, promotions, products, and services provided by the company.
Legal basis for the collection and processing of personal data may include, as applicable:
- The insurance contract/policy to which the individual is a party or the express request of the individual to obtain an insurance offer through the company and/or the issuance of the respective insurance policy by the company.
- The fulfillment of the company’s legal obligations,
- The legitimate interests of the company in the context of conducting its business,
- The consent of the individual, where applicable.
Personal data may be transferred, depending on the types of insurance that we intermediate for you, to public authorities, suppliers involved directly or indirectly in the process of offering, issuing, administering insurance policies, and providing assistance in case of claims (insurance-reinsurance companies from the Republic of Moldova, other companies in the group to which they belong, damage service providers, archiving companies, IT service providers, courier companies, law firms).

Data may be obtained directly from the individual, legal entities (public or private), or from public sources, in accordance with applicable legislation.
3. Processing Based on Consent
In accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 133/2011, where the basis for processing is consent, it will be obtained clearly and in advance from the data subject.

The company recognizes the importance of complying with all necessary legal procedures related to the security of personal data and electronic transactions. It has taken all necessary measures, using the most modern and effective methods, to provide the highest level of security possible. All personal data shared by users/subscribers is treated as confidential.
