The “Green Card” insurance covers the liability of natural or legal persons who own vehicles registered or registered in the Republic of Moldova, for cases of tortious civil liability, towards third parties injured by vehicle accidents, occurring on the territory of the member states of the international Green Card system, whose initials are not crossed out and are found on the Green Card insurance certificate.
The insured involved in an accident abroad that caused damage to third parties, they are compensated by the Green Card policy.
In the event that the insured was injured as a result of an accident caused by an insured vehicle but registered abroad, you can contact the Motor Insurers’ Bureau of the Republic of Moldova for assistance.

Insurance certificate "Green Card" - an international insurance document, issued in the name of a national office in accordance with any of the models approved by the Council of Bureaux of the International Insurance System "Green Card", which certifies the existence of compulsory external RCA insurance.
Insurance term
The Green Card insurance contract is issued for a term of 15 days to 12 months.
Covered risks
"Green Card" insurance covers damage to property, life or health of third parties as a result of an accident caused by the insured abroad.
